Summary
The Creature Manager is Completely broken in V42. Nothing spawns when run. Even the Spawn Pad doesn’t show up in the session

Steps to Reproduce
Just place a Creature Manger in a scene and hit play. Also I just tested the Creature Placer and it is also broken. The Creature Spawner seems to work though. 
Expected Result
It is supposed to spawn a creature.
Observed Result
No Creature and even the spawn pad vanishes while playing
