Hey @DrillCreative I joined your map and I could favorite a creator
Just checked and I am assuming this behavior is intentional I could not see the favorite button when viewing my own creator profile
FORT-881183 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.
I think the button should always be there and when clicked it should say you already favorited or you can’t favorite
I wondered if this was the case, but I did have another user independently confirm that they did not see the Favorite button on the device in my map.
Also: why shouldn’t we be able to favorite ourselves!?! Seems like a silly limitation if so.
Because thats how most platforms work, youtube wont let you subscribe to yourself just like tiktok and many other’s.
Plus favoriting yourself is nowhere present on the web either which lead me to believe that the favorite button missing in-game would be intentional

Fair enough, but again: an independent, unrelated creator visited my map and didn’t see the button either
Ask him to snip it and show the logs and epic will look that seems odd
Was he a play tester in the playtest group ?
No, just a rando fellow dev.
thats odd ask him to snip that if you would be so kind as that could be a huge issue to affect a lot of devs
