Our first-time island publication fails approximately 2 seconds after pressing “Submit for Review.”

Observations:
- This is our first publication.
- Island was created entirely in Creative 1.0.
- All Creator Portal sections have green validation checkmarks.
- Metadata has been rewritten multiple times.
- Promotional media meets Epic’s requirements.
- IARC questionnaire is complete.
- Error occurs before moderation could reasonably begin.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log into Epic account associated with UEFN publishing on the Creator Portal on Lenovo Legion Go
- Open Projects, locate & click on island wanting to publish.
- On Publishing, find current private code in Private Versions then create new release.
- Follow steps in an attempt to publish by filling out the application & selecting Submit for Review.
- Wait for the publishing request to process.
- Observe the result: the system returns “Submission for Publishing Failed” with a [DEP] error and a link to Developer Rules & Guidelines, instead of queuing the island for review.
Expected Result
After clicking Submit for Review, it should accept the publishing application and show that the island is in fact queued for review prior to publication.
Observed Result
After clicking Submit for Review, it loads for 1-2 seconds and immediately displays a pop-up box showing ‘Submission for Publishing Failed’ with [DEP] error message below it and a like to view Developer Rules & Guidelines
