Summary
I passed the $100 threshold on creator portal for engagement payouts under the island creator program every month for the past 6 months but didn’t get a payment sent out to me at the end of each month. Everything is validated on creator portal and I have been payed out for previous months but it started to do this glitch/bug since September. Player support is absolutely useless.

Steps to Reproduce
Unsure on how to reproduce this issue for someone else.
- I go to creator portal
- I click on the monetization tab
- Under payouts it shows my payout threshold which is way over the $100 minimum
- If I click on payout history it shows everything is validated but my latest payment is from several months ago
Expected Result
If I click on payout history it should show a receipt of the payment sent to me for the past several months I’m owed.
Observed Result
If I click on payout history it shows everything is validated but my latest payment is from several months ago and not what I have gained in the previous few months. That money is stuck under the payout threshold in the monetization tab though being way over the $100 minimum.
