Hi there, I recently transferred a Creative 1.0 island to UEFN. Every time I try submit the island to private version I automatically get an error stating: “This Private Version has failed review in a previous submission, and is ineligible for publishing”. There is no way to fix this and it also causes the public version to auto decline (must be a system glitch). This means I cannot update my project.
Press the two options shown below and it should fix it in creator portal for you. Lmk if it doesnt:

Hi there Wertandrew, I have tested this out now a few times but the issue still persists where the version auto declines as soon as I click publish. I have contacted player support but still no responce

Yes they show a green tick. I then click publish and it sends me to the public versions page and instantly saying the project failed upload.
@ipsz I believe Content Review: Failed means that your project failed moderation for some reason. This may be why you’re not allowed to publish.

Yeah I believe so, would there be any way i could see what is causing it to auto fail as I have checked all text etc in my island and can’t find anything that could be causing it?

I am expereincing a similar problem, my public release moderation is failing for reasons unknown. A report is mentioned but when i click the learn more button, assuming its taking me to the report, it just brings me to this page Epic Games Technical Support & Customer Service | Epic Games . How can i find out the reasons behind my failed moderation?

I think your issue is your LinkThumbnail. Reason: A title that only includes text is a violation. I think you may need to add some sort of indicator about what your level is to the title thumbnail?

I’m also having a similar issue. Mine is still in 1.0. After publishing in game and heading to my creator portal. I go to send in map for a public release and instantly gives me a red error pop up. This is after converting, updating and fixing the map.

I have a different issue… My island has been stuck in review for over 24hrs

Having the same issue as most of the people in this thread for about a month already, tried to publish so many times but it just fails review after about 3 minutes without explanation or email for the reason
Tried contacting support and they lead me here so i made a post but still no idea
I have the same problem as you man how did you unlock it?
yes. it finally went into error state and I just re-released it and it got approved

I have try a lot of time, the memory is good, i complete the the formulary, and 1 min the tick is red, and after 30 min i have the error.
I search the problem since 2 days … Please help me.
