projects page has a list of all my islands, including deleted islands making navigation difficult. I have not been able to get help from the live chat for this issue. I simply want the islands list and projects list to match or have an option to remove them from the projects page

i understand what you are saying(basically use the archive feature as a garbage bin, perhaps im actually using the archive feature to, you know archive stuff i plan on using later), but this isnt helping the issue its just pushing it aside
I find it very strange that this is even a thing
I’d recommend using the archive for projects you don’t plan to use for a long time (or deleted) since archived projects are removed from the island list and UEFN project’s are locked.
We have never had the ability to delete an island. My archive folder is basically a recycle bin that you cannot empty but also a place to store islands for later. It is so messy tbh and i agree with you how this is still an issue 1 yr later is crazy but having said that if it was a simple thing then im sure epic would have done it by now we dnt know what is involved behind the scenes in deleting an island.

the same way they have the ability to ADD the newly created maps, update the existing ones when for example you change the name.
even just add a different place to transfer that’s not labeled archive… like idk a “JUNK” area to dump unwanted maps
I have 3 pages of maps to sort through, but I actually only have 12 maps that I haven’t deleted
that probs wouldn’t be a big job i dnt think
