Summary
When attempting to upload a Header/Banner image that is sized 1400x480, in jpg format, it shows an uploading error message. However a notification remains stating that it is uploading the image, but does now show any progression. When I press the X button, it asks if I would like to cancel upload?
I have tried the requested sizes - all optimized for web.
Prepared using Photoshop.
Image Specs | Format | Size
1400x480 | .jpg | 750kb
1400x480 | .jpg | 322kb
1400x480 | .jpg | 02kb
All with the same result.
(please note this is not my file name, but only to show the image specs, format and image sizes I attempted to upload)
Steps to Reproduce
Go to your Creator Portal
Click your name on the top left hand corner
Fill out your Bio, then try to upload a banner with correct specs
Expected Result
When a photo is uploaded, it shows the photo uploaded as it does when uploading a thumbnail for a creative project.
Observed Result
An error message displays and it stays stuck displaying a message that the image is uploading - with no progression. Able to cancel the upload by pressing X
