Steps to Reproduce
Go through enrollment up to the tax page. try to read the document, scroll to the bottom of the terms and the accept button becomes available but pressing it causes the uncaght exception.
Expected Result
Document is confirmed as read and the next button is unlocked.
Observed Result
Accept button causes uncaught exception
