Creative XP issue : not receiving XP properly (PC, Epic, Windows 11) account problem?

Summary

Hi,
I play Fortnite on PC (Windows 11, via Epic Games), and for several days now I’ve been receiving just a bit or almost no XP in Creative maps, even on approved XP maps. Sometimes, XP shows up on screen, but none of it is added to my account.
My friends on both PC and console are earning 10x to 100x more XP than I am, on the same maps, at the same time.
I’ve already tried:
-Fully reinstalling the game
-Verifying game files
-Testing multiple approved XP maps
-Submitting in-game bug reports Nothing has worked.
It really feels like my account has a silent XP restriction or has been bugged. Epic Support keeps redirecting me to automated forms and gives no real help. I’m looking for a real answer or support. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? Thanks in advance to anyone who can share or provide info.

Steps to Reproduce

Playing in any creative maps to get a lot of XP.

Expected Result

XP on my account will be such lower. Sometimes, I don’t even earn any XP at all, and the XP appears on the screen but not on my account.

Observed Result

My XP is very low, about 10x time lower than others, even those who play more than me.

Hi,
Unfortunately, Epic Support doesn’t directly handle individual XP issues (especially in Creative mode), and often redirects players to the bug report tool or social media… this forum was recommended by Epic support for my problem.

It feels like my account has a silent XP restriction or has been bugged, and support request doesn’t handle personal request like these and redirects me to the bug report tool or social media.
I was already informed that XP can decrease over time spent in Creative maps, but that’s not the issue — no matter how long I wait or even if I only play Battle Royale, the problem still persists.
Thanks for sharing advice, any more help would be nice
