Creative Options → End Game now shows for private servers in ALL islands
This is bad for community-organized events (and probably island metrics in general).

Steps to Reproduce
- Join an island via a private server
- Go to the Menu
- See, regardless of whether you published the island or are the party leader, you can select End Game
Expected Result
End Game button does not show for all users in a private server, especially in islands that have not been updated.
Observed Result
End Game button shows for all users in a private server.
Clicking “End Game” abruptly goes to the “end of match screen”, forcing all players to requeue or go back to lobby - even if the island is not set up to use rounds/victory conditions.
Requeueing seems to always fail with a matchmaking error back to the lobby.
