Creative maps do not use your region ping anymore?

Summary

When playing Epic Made game modes such as BR or Reload or Ballistic, I get my normal ping which tends to be 30 to 40 ping (NZ) however whenever playing ANY AND ALL creative maps I will go to 270 ping as if im playing on NAE servers and not OCE. Ive followed all troubleshooting from the modem router, to uninstalling and reinstalling, putting the map onto private, changed my server from auto to OCE and all troubleshooting from Epic Support but nothing has fixed thus far. Other people in my party in my region get the their normal OCE ping but I dont.

I wouldnt have a clue as I cant pinpoint any changes made to my PC for this to occur

Ping is normally 30 to 40 not 270+

FORTNITE NEEDS TO FIX PING BUG OR WHATEVER i had gotten fiber i think maybe 4 months ago because my central ping was so bad i would get 40–50 ping with ethernet i am in michigan got fiber it went down to 22-35 offspawn and mid game and 19 endgame and ashburn i used to get 19 in creative and 4 ping ohio now its all messed up i get 31 ping central and it feels way higher 31 ping ashburn in creative its so bad when i used to get 19, 14 ping ohio when i used to get 4 and u might say those sound fine but when you get fiber and see improvement and its gone after simpson season obv gonna be upset and my whole fn group has the same issue
