Matchmaking on map working part-time,for exapmple : matchmaking is not working for hours (periods)

Steps to Reproduce

try play the map

Expected Result

get on the map and play

Observed Result

Queue is full and infinite finding match time, so basically cant get on the map

Happens only on EU region(not sure about that)

Still experiencing same problem with the map matchmaking,even after v28.00 update.Help me fix this please
