Description:
There is a widespread issue in Fortnite Creative where, after extended gameplay sessions (approximately 1 hour or more), the game begins to incorrectly behave as if players are outside the island boundaries, even though they are still clearly inside the map.
This leads to a global desynchronization affecting multiple devices, player states, and core gameplay systems. The issue becomes more noticeable when additional players join after the session has been running for an extended period.

Broken Devices / Related Issues:
• Locker / Outfit Changing Device (Cabin):
When entering or using the outfit change system, the “1-hour desync issue” occurs and devices start malfunctioning.
• Knocked Player Interaction System:
Carrying or searching/interacting with knocked players becomes broken or inconsistent.

It is not possible to grant permissions to specific players. The system only allows giving access to all players or none at all.

Issue 1: Global Desync After Extended Session (Devices Stop Working for New Players)
1. Start a Fortnite Creative session on any island
2. Keep the session running for approximately 1 hour
3. Have any player join the session after this time (at any point later)
4. Observe that the new player experiences a broken state where:
• Devices do not function
• No systems trigger correctly
• The game behaves as if the player is not properly registered in the island

Issue 2: Locker / Outfit Issue (Cabin System)
1. Start a Creative session on any island
2. Use the Locker / Outfit (cabin) system during gameplay
3. Apply or change any outfit at any time
4. Observe that outfits may fail to apply correctly or reset unexpectedly

Issue 3: Island Permissions / Settings UI Bug
1. Open Creative island settings or permissions menu
2. Attempt to assign permissions to a specific player
3. Select a player from the list
4. Observe that the selection disappears or does not apply
5. Only global options (All / None) remain available

Issue 4: Knocked Player Carry Issue
1. Start a Creative session with at least two players
2. Knock a player into downed state
3. Attempt to carry the knocked player
4. At any time during gameplay, observe that the carry system may stop working or behave inconsistently
Expected Result
Issue 1: Global Desync After Extended Session
Players should be able to join the session at any time without any issues, and all devices and systems should function normally, allowing gameplay to continue as expected.

Players should be able to use the Locker / Outfit system at any time, and changes should apply correctly without any errors, resets, or unintended behavior.

Players should be able to pick up (carry) knocked players and drop/throw them normally without any issues or interruptions in functionality.
Observed Result
• Players are incorrectly treated as outside the map while still inside it ( after 1h )
• Multiple devices stop functioning or fail to trigger properly ( after 1h )
• Weapon firing rules become inconsistent in some cases ( after 1h )
• Save Point devices stop working for players who join later ( after 1h )

These issues have been present for approximately 7–8 months, and appear to be getting worse with each new Season update. and Please resolved as soon as possible.
