Creative island content lost after conversion to UEFN

Summary

My old Fortnite Creative island disappeared after being converted/imported to UEFN. The UEFN project opened almost completely empty, with none of the original builds or devices. I later reverted the project back to Creative through Creator Portal, but the restored Creative island is not the old map I am trying to recover. I checked all my other Creative islands and none of them contains the missing map. I am trying to recover the original server-side Creative island state from before the conversion.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open an old Fortnite Creative island containing a large amount of player-built content.
2.Convert/import the Creative island to UEFN.
3.Open the resulting project in UEFN.
4.The project opens almost completely empty and the original island content is missing.
5.Revert the project back to Creative using Creator Portal.
6.Open the reverted island in Fortnite Creative.
7.The original missing island content is still not restored.

Expected Result

The original Creative island, including all builds, props and devices, should be preserved during the UEFN conversion or restored when reverting the project back to Creative.

Observed Result

The original island content is missing. The converted UEFN project contained almost no original actors, and reverting it back to Creative did not restore the old map. None of my other Creative islands contains the missing map.

Platform(s)

PC / Windows 11, Fortnite Creative, UEFN

Additional Notes

The missing island was created several years ago and was very large, approximately 120k memory while the old displayed memory budget was around 70k.
Local recovery was investigated extensively. No old .umap, autosave, backup, or complete ExternalActors copy of the original island could be found.
UEFN logs indicate that the project has an originating Creative island associated with it, and also showed a missing revision repository followed by creation of a new repository with no previous remote revision history.
I can provide the UEFN logs and the originating island/project identifiers privately to Epic staff if required. Please check whether a server-side pre-conversion Creative snapshot or historical island state can be recovered.
