Well mine is the Xbox One X not had a problem.
The post here said a similar problem and my old XBOX One still loads but, each time when trying a new version need to uninstalling the old version, because Xbox Live uses a strange way of doing updates in the words it DOES NOT UPDATE.
We are fully aware that this is a large download of many Gigabytes and without unlimited broadband this is expensive, but that’s not the problem
