Creating sun and lens flare from scratch.

Hey guys, i’m pretty new in using unreal. Hoping to gain pointers from the forums.

Well at the moment, I want to create space environment from scratch with lens flare from the sun.
Any thoughts on how to do this?

I have 3D background using maya mainly.
So I was thinking of creating a sphere big and massive in size and place a texture on it… HDRI texture maybe.

What do you guys think about that? This is for mobile / android game btw.

Have decided to use the SkyMesh from the provided original content… found out the sphere mesh’s UV is mirrored at the bottom half, so a spherical texture doesnt work.
