You don’t need to do that in post process, just expand the “Material” options in your material and enable wireframe.
I want to be able to apply it to the whole world though and swap between this mode and a normal looking world.

I’ve also tried to do this. I really like working with vector graphics. And my last work was filigree heart which turned out fantastic. I will share the work with you later.
