Summary

When trying to invite Epic players to my newly created team on the creator portal, I get greeted with an age verification popup that gives me an error message.

Steps to Reproduce

Create New Team → Invite by Epic Display Name → Strong Verification Required Popup

Expected Result

I expect to be able to invite people to my UEFN team.

Observed Result

When trying to invite team members to my newly created team inside the creator portal, I get greeted with a “Strong Verification Required” pop up, in order to verify my age. After I click the “Verify Age” button, it redirects me to a link to fill in information. After correctly filling in all the information, I get an error message “Verification failed. Please check your details and try again.”

Everything is already working besides this one part, the teams. I’ve tried contacting KWS and the Epic Games support team, but I was redirected here to post about it.

Additional Notes

Today is my 18th birthday so it could just be a timing thing.

Happy Birthday! Could you give it a try again tomorrow then post back? You may be right about the timing.

Okay I made a reply earlier but deleted it because I wanted to wait quite a bit longer.

All though I just tried again (1/29 1:00AM EST) and I am still getting the error message. I am really sorry for the trouble but I will be sure to reply once it works or if.

I am truly sorry, but I still seem to be having the same problem. Still getting the popup when trying to add players to my team and still getting the verification error when filling out the forum.

Just to double check, I’ve restarted my browsers, restarted my PC, tried Chrome & Edge and triple checked all the information to make sure its been correct
