Creating a body of flowing water using physics

I have made bodies of water inside UE4 using the first person template and swam around using the character but I have been wondering if there are any Water Physics that can be created in UE4. The level I am designing is an old England style search and destroy island with a top down element. I was hoping to get some good water effects for the beach but so far haven’t been able to figure out how to get the water to physically react to the player (Also with waves).
