Create New Groom Binding Asset does not work on builds. Return Value is empty

On UE5.3 (not tested on other version) The Create New Groom Binding Asset does not work on builds. It works great in editor, returning the proper Return Value. Unfortunately on a build the return value is empty. Is there any other way that we can Create New Groom Binding Assets that works on a build? Or would I have to create the 300+ required in my project from scratch?

In the same instance where I’ve relied on this node for alot of grooms in-engine, but do not apply correctly in a packaged build.
