Crash with Niagara system in c++ project

Create a project ++ for any template.
I create a class actor.
Create BP on the basis of a class с++.
Add to it a system (component or attach). Moving to the scene - everything works. Restarting the project - CRASH.

Can’t find file ‘/Script/NiagaraEditor’
Can’t find file for asset ‘/Script/NiagaraEditor’ while loading NULL.
