Crash with landscape grass on OSX 4.8.1 (uses intel card not nvidia)

Hiya

I’m trying to set up some landscape grass type on a terrain and the Editor uses the intel integrated card and not the nvidia one. Trying to tell the editor to use the nvidia card by using the switch in the top of the viewport doesn’t work.

Can you post your full crash log here, the callstack that you get when the editor crashes, as well as your computer specs? You can get your specs by going to the apple icon>about this mac>more info. Additionally, does this occur in a clean project with no additional content or is it limited to one project? What steps are you taking before this reproduces on your end?
