Using the second one works (it’s one of the steps of the first quote).
Deleting everything in that folder made the Engine recompile all shaders and everything is in the default state, but at least the crash went away.
In my case the problem was crashing on a testing project. It wasn’t that much problem if it didn’t load (although I made some stuff that could work in other projects). But I was scared of getting one of these crashes in a lets say… 1 year project, and not being able to have a workaround.

Even if we have this workaround and the problem seems DirectX related, some official word from epic would be nice.
Thanks for the steps to the people who posted it, I’ll update this thread if I keep getting them.
