Crash on Exe launch (LogShaderLibrary: Display: Failed to load Shared Shader Library)

I am trying to find some more information on a slightly cryptic crash error. My project plays well in the editor but will crash immediately from the no editor executable. I have included my crash report with the error. I get a number of

LogShaderLibrary: Display: Failed to load Shared Shader Library

for a series of plugins both included in UE4 and 3rd party and then I receive:

[ 0]LogShaderLibrary: Display: Failed to load Shared Shader Library: Lewis and no native library supported.
[ 0]LogShaderLibrary: Display: Failed to load Shared Shader Library: Lewis_SC and no native library supported.
[ 0]LogRHI: Display: Opened pipeline cache after state change and enqueued 0 of 0 tasks for precompile.
[ 0]LogRHI: Display: Failed to open default shader pipeline cache for Lewis using shader platform 0.

Any guidance would be super appreciated.

+1, I’m having the same problem but for my Oculus Quest.
