Crash on Build Lighting (Open World)

I’m using UE5.6 with World Partition and a single large landscape tile made up of many landscape streaming proxies. Even though only one region is loaded and the map is basically empty (just a sky blueprint), the editor crashes on Build Lighting Only with a fatal error saying it’s trying to allocate over 103 GB of RAM.

I’m using a stylized landscape auto material, and it’s blowing up memory usage despite no actors in the scene. Has anyone run into this or know how to force unload or optimize this insanity?
