Hi there! If you saw the point cloud, it means the photos were uploaded (check your app settings if you prefer not to use mobile data at all, as the app can run in offline mode). Also did I understand correctly that when you press ‘Process the project’ from your project list, the app crashes, and when you return, the project remains unprocessed?
Additionally, could you please go to the settings → press “Submit Feedback” and send it to us? This will help us gather additional data to assist you.
