I am using reality scan iPhone app for scanning for my project, while using the app I took photos with my mobile internet and didn’t process or upload them instantly, I was willing to upload and process afterwards using home WiFi. During the capture of the pictures the point clouds were decent but when I want to upload and process the captures, I am not able to do so, while uploading the captures my app immediately closes.
Please fix this issue.
Hi there! If you saw the point cloud, it means the photos were uploaded (check your app settings if you prefer not to use mobile data at all, as the app can run in offline mode). Also did I understand correctly that when you press ‘Process the project’ from your project list, the app crashes, and when you return, the project remains unprocessed?
Additionally, could you please go to the settings → press “Submit Feedback” and send it to us? This will help us gather additional data to assist you.
