[Crash] Fresh install UE5.0.3 editor crashing on loading up a blank project, can any one help?

Hello everyone
Just started the first tutorial on game development and installing UE5. Unfortunately the editor crashes very soon after loading up with the following error. This is on opening a blank project without any plugins. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
This is on win11 with 3080ti
TIA.

Found a temporary workaround by switching to use DX11 instead of DX12. Since I am trying to learn the basics at the moment this should be good enough. Got the solution in another post in another thread.
