Having the same issue. After packaging my project and trying the EXE-file out, fatal error occurs.
I had these two warnings while packaging my project:
UATHelper: Packaging (Windows): LogWindows: Warning: Failed to set completion port for job object “UE.ShaderCompileWorker.JobGroup”: The parameter is incorrect.
PackagingResults: Warning: Failed to set completion port for job object “UE.ShaderCompileWorker.JobGroup”: The parameter is incorrect.
