Cracks between tessellated landscape levels using World Composition


I’m using World Composition and I have a camera distance faded tessellation and world displacement effect going on. I get cracks between the landscape levels (at the borders of each level) which breaks the illusion of realism pretty badly.

What I’ve tried to resolve the issue:

Enabling Crack Free displacement - I get no displacement when this is enabled, but it does remove the cracks from the borders haha, allthough I’d preferably want the effect of the tessellation / displacement
Enabling/Disabling Adaptive Tessellation - doesn’t affect the borders.
Played around with the Max Displacement value - didn’t affect the borders
