Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve a clean representation of curved surfaces in TwinMotion?

In VectorWorks, the curved surfaces of modeling data are displayed beautifully. However, when imported into TwinMotion, the curved surfaces become distorted. Could you please provide guidance on how to achieve a clean representation of curved surfaces in TwinMotion?

VectorWorks Version: 2023

TwinMotion Version: 2023.1.2

Curved Surface Settings in VectorWorks: Subdivision of circumference - 256, Subdivision of revolution solid - 256, Shade settings quality (High Quality)

Similar Problem when using Allplan. Here the solution is to change the phong angle of the material within Allplan.

I'm not familiar with VectorWorks, and don't have Direct Link (which I assume controls this export) - but the setting that controls resolution of curved surfaces when exporting FBX from my cad is "Stroke Tolerance". Perhaps you have a similar setting somewhere?

I am experiencing the same issue. For a while (since the Vectorworks 2023 upgrade) VW was also rendering faceted curves, even at high resolution renders. This was fixed with a service pack update, but maybe it's still present when sending to Twinmotion. Changing VW render settings has no effect, and the resolution settings in Twinmotion do not affect imported geometry resolution. I haven't found a solution yet, but just thought I'd echo the concern.
