Could the Epic Engine github in the Unreal Engine project put the “Issues” field?

Posting something specific here in the forum is like throwing a coin into the water and having your wish come true. Sometimes someone with a lot of experience can solve it. Others are really tied to the system.
Sometimes I find that users using the engine don’t understand the question. That’s why I give up and give up on the question I asked since it seems that many people only do simple things, and 100,001% of us who ask something complex also give up.
Reporting the bug at https://issues.unrealengine.com/ doesn’t seem like the best idea to me, since there may be some kind of solution.
