corrupt or missing files detected. do you want to verify your installation

Summary

Hi Guys I fixed this error the solution was uninstalling fortnite and uefn and reinstalling everything, I think the error its linked to fortnite too because uninstalling uefn by itself doesnt fix it It has to be both

After updating UEFN and Fortnite when trying to open the editor I get this screen saying corrupt or missing files detected. do you want to verify your installation, fortnite does open, the editor not, ive tried everything so far, verified more than 5 times, manually verified UEFN and Fortntie multiple times, fixed time zone of my pc, repaired my pc files, restarted my pc multiple times, erased cache, deleted engine and binaries folder, repaired both Fortnite and UEFN, and even uninstalling and reinstalling UEFN, nothing seems to work I always end up with that screen ive spent hours trying to fix it and theres no solution please help

idk i uninstalled and everything was still there, i think maps stay on a different part of the pc and dont get deleted with uefn, still upload them to revision control
