Summary

The conversation device acts extremely slow and buggy, and will often immediately kick you out of the conversation without even attempting to load.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up a conversation device with a few choices and a moderate length conversation
  2. Place a few of these next to each other
  3. Set it up so each plays when pressing their own buttons
  4. Start the game, and attempt to go through the conversations

Expected Result

The conversation device should flow smoothly with no problems.

Observed Result

The conversation device is laggy and the responses are delayed, and it will sometimes just immediately kick you from the conversation.

0297-3263-6924 (Private island code, original map code is 0126-8996-2895, though the update has not been pushed yet due to the presence of multiple bugs.)

Same issue here. Sometimes on PS5 it will also freeze player input and you cannot move until you open the big Minimap and go between menus (L2+R2), which is causing it to be destroyed.

FORT-980392 has been ‘Closed’. This issue won’t be fixed—please see examples of why this may be the case.
