Conversation Device Interaction is Delayed

Summary

A few months ago when I checked the conversations are instant, but I just checked and now my conversations often have a loading icon and may take up to 1 second to load which is very annoying and a bad UX.

Have you created the UEFN Feature → ConverationIsland and tried this to see if this problem is still being seen/heard?.
This would make it easier for the Epic Devs to check out the problem.

This had a major update for 32.00 and another update for 35.00 in the release notes
Conversation Template Now Available in the UI Template

IMHO the defaults would need changing as they use AI as a default to talk to Star Wars Darth Vader. Therefore you may experience delays. Maybe there is a way to go back to non-AI
