contours export problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem, when I export the contours to DXF my CAD program only sees one point and not all the lines. The file is also very large. I understood that it exports the lines to the mesh. How do I solve the problem. Thank you

Hi axford74,
is your project georeferenced? Do you have set project and output coordinate system correctly? Where are you opening DXF files? What are your export settings? Which RealityCapture version are you using?

Hi otrhan,
the images are georeferenced by drone, the version is the latest 1.3, I open the file in a garden design program that supports level curves and therefore dwg. I solved it halfway by setting the coordinates locally but then in my program they are displayed incorrectly on the x axis. For the project setup, other than the coordinates, I don’t know what to change to improve. Thank you

Hi axford74,
for georeferenced project it depends what do you have set in the application settings as Project and Output coordinate system:
image
and also which settings are used during export (this is mostly applied for the models).
Have you tried open the DXF file also in some other application (like DWG viewer)? If so, it the problem the same?
It is possible that your application doesn’t support georeferencing or as it is a project from a drone, for georeferencing there are mostly used lat/lon coordinates, which are using degrees and it can mess your exports.

ok, yes even in autocad it has the same problem. I’ll try changing some settings and see if it works. Thank you very much

Hi Otrhan, I solved the problem I wrote above. I tried with the settings you suggested (Euclidean) but it didn’t export to scale and the model is off-axis. So I tried another similar program (WEB ODM) and it worked, I looked at the settings and saw that they were at epsg:3857 - WGS 84 / Pseudo-Mercator. I put the same settings on reality capture and my contour lines are scaled right and on the right axis. I hope it can help someone with the same problem as me. But above all thanks to you.
