Continued UE5.3 crashing when building/ rebuilding nanite

Now I’m sure the issue for my crashing is the fact I am trying to add Nanite to my 8km landscape all at the same time but this is rather a time consuming issue. I’ve tried maybe four to five times rebuilding data where my screen and mouse completely freeze the whole time for the processing. I’ve yet to have my screen display anything beyond 0 of 18 to be rebuilt. If anyone has a solution for this that would be great us the UE5 documentation only briefly describes this new process. Next I will try making my world partitions and seeing if I can separate the nanite build into these sections. Note: This is after converting the game file from 5.2 to 5.3.

Update: This issue also occurs with auto-saves for some reason so it starting to seem like some sort of larger issue.

PC Specs: For those wondering my specs I have a
Gpu 3070 Ti founders edition
I9 x-series processor (I believe 10920x but not sure, can check)
64 gigs ram

Strangely enough ue5.3 crashing has gotten more random but disabling nanite stops the glitch however now when clicking build data it immediately generates as if already built. However in triangle nanite visualization my landscape is all black.

Have you found a sollution to this yet? my pc is by far strong enough to handle this (RTX 4090, 32GB ram, i9 13th gen intel core), but is constantly bluescreening or crashing when trying to save/build any larger nanite meshes/blueprints/landscapes
