Summary
The new donut skin Constable Sprinkle has issues with her skin. The eclairs on her belt stretch when she moves/raises her arms. I believe this is only an issue for those on performance mode.

Steps to Reproduce
Go on performance mode, put on Constable Sprinkle, and do any emote that involves moving a lot or raising their arms.
Expected Result
The skin would not be stretching. Also this happens on everything not just creative. In lobby and in the game.
Observed Result
The eclairs on the belt are stretching and glitched.

PC or probably any device that has performance mode on.
