I dont see current resolution listed in any stats commands ( RHIs , FPS etc). Is there such option?

I would just use a print screen while in dev. Mode. Probably tied to a specific key with a Flip/Flop to enable disable the output, or query it just once.
If you can get the screen percentage and divide the desktop resolution by it, you should get the final resolution of the game. Epic seemed to step away from specified resolutions, preferring to stick with the simplicity of a slider.
