Connection Issues

Summary

We created this ticket because when we playtest our map it doesnt have ping issues, but when players join and usually lobbies are laggy and this happened out of nowhere since before we never had ping issues. We tested out removing functions we added and going back to previous versions to test out but we ran out of options to see what thing is caussing this connection issues.

Thats why we need your help to fix these connection issues since we dont have the resources to do so, and also let us know which thing is causing it. Thanks a lot!

Additional Notes

These issues are present since the update of new memory calculations that changed all maps, also an important note: my normal is ping 20-30 ingame, the ping values shown in the video are completely not normal.

Hello, I wanted to check how the investigation is going since ping only gets worse over time and we can’t come up with solutions, having tested multiple things such as removing verse files and optimizing tasks per second.

The only time ive known an issue regarding ping is when using switches with custom mesh are you using them ?

Depending on your verse too if you dont make it efficient and cleanup ect it will start getting bad the longer the session is active.
