Cone View and VR Oculus

Hi all

My player character/pawn has a cone attached to the camera (to give the character a cone view) which lights up another object when they overlap. It works fine outside VR, however when I use the oculus nothing happens. Please see attached my blueprint. Am I missing a node for the VR?

Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks!
