Compile of ue 5.3.2 source on GitHub (release) failing

Unable to open settings file /Users/stevenwoods/UnrealEngine/UnrealTrace/Settings.ini.

That is error I get from Xcode 15.2 compile attempt on M1 Max 32gb.
Looking for ideas where I went wrong, or if its an issue atm ?

well this is weird, seems the editor tried to start, with its usual visual of logo teal, but then this:

Game files required to initialize the global shader library are missing from:

/Users/stevenwoods/Documents/GitHub/UnrealEngine_532_MAC/Engine/Content/

Please make sure the game is installed correctly.

Talk about vague ? Is this a common error, but its not telling me much, maybe the initial source from GitHub unreal engine was faulty…
