Compile error while initializing C++ empty project! Constantly!

What I did and it did not help:
I reinstalled Windows 10, reinstalled different versions of Unreal Engine, cleaned the memory, installed all the necessary sdk packages and the like, since I have AMD at the request of unreal itself installed the necessary drivers.

Also I tried: link to post

And nothing helps yet. Why?

Hello, I had the same problem as you before. I used Poe.com, it’s a set of AI, to read the log and interpret the errors for me. It guided me just fine into the steps to take. I can’t offer a solution to you, but I hope this could help you.

Visual Studio has a new patch out (17.9.4), one of the the release notes indicates a fix related to compiling Unreal Engine. Perhaps that will fix things for you…

I would update and also make sure you have some earlier C++ tool chains installed. I have 14.36-17.6 installed. When I had the same error as you, re-installing that older tool chain fixed my issue.

Install C++ 14.38 latest good for Unreal.
