Guys is what i found out today and you most definatly cant use textures.com thru unreal
is a big no no i just have been informed about today thru an email from them themselfs.
here is why of an explanation of the whole thing ,

Per our Legal Team, Textures.com textures cannot be used on the Unreal Engine Marketplace because they have a prohibitive license which conflicts with our EULA and Distribution Agreement.

Obviously redistributing their content on the UE4 marketplace isn’t allowed. It’s common sense really…They’re not saying you can’t use their content in your UE4 game though.
