commercial fees for rendering images

My question is about the license model for rendered(UE) images, would used in a 2D browser game. No Unreal Engine. And same for Video material, rendered in UE.

The 5% rule is for Unreal Engine Games, easy to understand, but i am not sure how it works with render images from the UE.

Case 1: i bought thousend dollars 3D models for Cinema. When i render my objects in the UE and use it (final images) in my self programmed game. Which license contracts would be necessary, how much will it cost me?

Case 2: i am expanding my 3D scene with more models from the free UE library (marketplace). how much will it cost me after i release my browser game?

Firstly, why not just use Blender?
Secondly, it seems you don’t owe Epic any money in your general case:

“Non-Engine Product” means a Product
made using the Licensed Technology
that does not include any Engine Code
or any Paid Content Distributed in
uncooked source format (in each case,
including as modified by you under the
License) and does not require any
Engine Code (including as modified by
you under the License) to run. For
example, and subject to the foregoing,
you may freely Distribute
non-interactive linear media products
(e.g., broadcast or streamed video
files, cartoons, movies, or images)
rendered using the Engine Code, and
asset files (other than UE-Only
Content) developed or used with the
Engine Code, including in products
that use or rely on other video game
engines.

no advance notice is
required for Distribution of
Non-Engine Products.

no royalty is
owed on the following forms of
revenue:

5. Revenue from a Non-Engine Product;

As for those particular cases, read those marketplaces license agreements.
IIRC, UE marketplace is for UE-only use, meaning that you probably shouldn’t.

Hi, thank you for your time
i have never worked in Blender. so no experience. My movies so far i have rendered in Octane. I was amazed by the quality of UE. And the variety of 3D models. Unfortunately there are no postapocalyptic 3d models for Cinema. Thats the problem. Or they are unaffordable. The selection of dirty apocalyptic and natural models for the UE i find fantastic. That’s why I thought about rendering my material for the online game and my board game with the UE and models that you can buy on the marketplace.
