Combinational transform desyncs in live edit

Summary

When enabling combinational transform and moving an actor with it, it wont move in live edit. This is very challenging for level design when you want to use it to speed up the process.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to preferences in UEFN and enable Combined Translate/Rotate Widget
Open live edit
Switch to combined translate and move an actor

Expected Result

actor moves in live edit

Observed Result

Actor stays still in live edit.
