Colours bleeding / Colour Artifacts? Not sure why colors bleeds when moving

I have multiple weapons that use emissive colors - but I’ve heavily divided their emissive output to try and see if the effect would go away. I’ve also played with the rendering settings in the engine, like FXXA and TAA, but the effect either slightly differs or not at all. It’s worth mentioning that I don’t have this issue when using the editor, but only if I play in a standalone Game or when I package the game, video reference below:

I managed to mostly fix this by adjusting motion blur in the post-process settings. The solution was not entirley perfect, but most of the artifacts have gone away, so it must just be a case of playing around with the values in Motion Blur.
