Color of the texture looks looks more red when lit.

I have no idea how rendering works, and why my texture looks like this.

Why does it look like this?

Have you tried using modelling mode to fix the normals? It does look a bit like funny normals.

I just remembered tha I had AgX installed, and it was set an aggressive mode. Setting it back to default AgX fixed the issue.

Now I have to reconfigure all light and color settings…
