Collision visibility toggle option has no effect in a scenegraph prefab viewport

At the title says the option for collision has no effect while inside a scenegraph prefab viewport

Steps to Reproduce

Create a prefab
Add a mesh comp
Add mesh to mesh comp ensuring the mesh has collision

Expected Result

It should show collision in the viewport same as when you open the static mesh viewport ect

Observed Result

Its not showing collision

To add to this when you place prefabs in the editor no collision shows at all. This is extremely confusing.
