Clothing does not read collision from physics asset

^ the title basically says all.
Instead of the clothing i applied to my character reacting to the physics asset that was assigned to the respective clothing data, it just does not respect any collision that was set.
There aren’t even any need for pictures, it’s literally just what i said.

I used the feature “Activate Cloth Paint” in Unreal to draw which vertices need to be a ‘cloth’, and the physics work just fine, just collision is not taken into account by the vertices.

I also found, that by raising **Collision Thickness **to about 400, creates some sort of an invisible plane the clothing then lies on. (as if i put a collision box there) Here a picture of that:
